Non-commercial commissions
By commissioning me you formally claim you have read my terms and agreed with it.Accepting the invoice you're claiming you are above age of eightteen (18) and legally allowed to enter a contract with the artist (me).You're fully aware that you're buying a digital file, there will never be a physical item, and nothing will ever be shipped to you at any time. Your data will never be used to anything unrelated to the commission. No third party will received them, not any further mail not concerning the art will be sent to you. Your mail will never be put in a mailing list. Your data will always and only be stored for communication purpose between the customer (you) and the artist (me) until completion of the agreed commission, and you authorize me to use them for this purpose.Payment is always full and upfront via the PayPal invoice system.No refunds will be provided once payment is finalized, unless I can't complete the work for personal reason. In that case refund will be offered in full.I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel like I can't do a good job on it or I feel uncomfortable with the theme.Commissions will be only started after the payment is completed and turnaround time will be discussed in the process, so you as the buyer will have the chance to decide if you are fine with the timing.Timing for the final delivery can vastly vary due to numbers of things as: complexity of the work, real life events, workload etc. The more complex the drawing, the more time I will need to finish it. Deadlines can be discussed. If none is provided I will assume there's no problem with timing and work as my usual instead.
Estimate time of delivery is between a week and 4 months, but you will be provided with more accurate estimation while discussing your commission and have a choice before payment. You will never be asked for a payment without being given all proper info first.I will be in touch during the whole time, sending you work in progress at different stages for you to check on the work. You can also ask about your commission status or for work in progress anytime you desire.If more than 3 months has passed with NO communication or progress, you are allowed to ask cancellation and possible refund.Chargebacks are strictly prohibited, especially after final delivery. Doing so will result in permanent blacklist and public expose of misconduct.Minor revisions, like missing accessories, adjusting colors, adding small details, or other minor alterations are allowed without additional fees throughout the work in progress updates and on the finished commission. It's client's responsibilities to look over the work in progress provided to check if there's any mistakes or details they may want to change through the process, so always be mindful and check the work in progress closely for a most efficient workflow.Major revisions are acceptable during sketch and lineart updates but not allowed on finished commission.Major edits on the completed commission can be discussed, but it will require a fee.If the client need to make big changes or excessive number of changes then additional fees might apply.Commissioned art is strictly for personal use. This include, but is not limited to: posting on social media, use the artwork as wallpaper or profile pictures, banners, avatars, adding the art in fanfic, video, stories etc. Whenever possible, please provide credit to the artist (me) in the form of a link or at least a mention.I will always retain the full copyright on the art alone, but will never claim your characters as mine or use your commissioned picture for monetary purposes.I reserve the right to post commissions for public display in my galleries and portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects.Unless specifically stated it's assumed the client allow work in progress and finished commission to be posted. Please do comunicate if you do not wish for the art to be shared or your name to be attached to it. No explaination required.Please, don't claim the work as your own under any circumstance.Alteration or reproduction of my artworks for NFT, blockchains, machine learning software, and AI art programs of any kind is ABSOLUTELY prohibited. Violation of this will result in blacklist and forfeit of all usage rights.You can't alter the art in any major way, included: editing colors or shape, covering portion of the art, cropping to remove characters/shapes/items etc, and please never remove my watermark. You can add text, names, titles, quotes and other things to your heart's desire. You can make banner or icons out of the art you buy.You are not allowed to redraw the commission or ask/pay someone for doing so. If you want to revisit the commission ordered from me, or need any major edit or alteration, please contact me for further discussion and I'll do my best to help. If agreed, always provide proper credit to me as the original artist.The client will have exclusive right to post the commission and no one else (with the exception of the artist, of course) can do the same without their specific consent.
Commercial commissions
The commercial license is always a one-time fee of +100% of the original price (ex. original price for non-commercial artwork: 100€ + commercial license fee 100€ = 200€ total)
This will grant you total freedom of usage for the art you commissioned from me. You will be able to use it in commercial projects such as books, publications, video, youtube or any streaming service with the option of earning a revenue. This also included both book covers and internal illustration, promo art, merch designs, icons, sprites, prints, wallpapers etc.Exceptions are made for products where the art will be the main focus, such as artbooks, colorbooks, calendars etc. In that case a small royalty will apply instead.All other terms of service for the non-commercial artworks still apply. If any unauthorized usage of the artwork will be discover you will be banned from any future work with me and possibly incur in legal consequences if applicable.
